Lydgate Beach Park is located on the East side of Kauai adjacent to the Wailua River. The two rock-enclosed ponds create a safe haven from the open ocean waves, while still allowing the small reef fish to move into the pond through the crevices. This spot will almost guarantee that you will see a variety of tropical fish. The protected calm waters with posted lifeguards and a variety of fish make this the perfect beginner beach for snorkeling.

At Lydgate Beach Park, our disc golf club has meticulously designed and crafted 18 captivating holes that offer an unforgettable experience for players of all skill levels. The course seamlessly integrates with the lush tropical landscape, boasting breathtaking views of the crystal-clear turquoise waters and towering palm trees.
